• The phone number you want to recharge - it will be passed to our upstream providers and not retained beyond the receipt period.
• The email you supply for the receipt and voucher delivery.
• Order metadata (operator, value, status, timestamps) for support and audit.
• Your IP and user-agent when you submit a contact form, for abuse mitigation.

What we don't collect

• No tracking cookies. No third-party analytics.
• No payment-card data - we accept Bitcoin only.
• No account is required to place an order.

Sharing

Order details are transmitted to our upstream provider so that the recharge can be delivered. No other third party receives your data.

Retention

Order records are retained for 24 months for accounting and refund purposes, then deleted.

Your rights

You may request a copy of, or the deletion of, any data tied to your email or order ID by writing to support.
