Which carriers do you support?

The selector on the home page displays all operators available in our catalogue, with coverage across 170+ countries.

What happens if my payment is late?

Lightning invoices expire in a few minutes. On-chain payments hold for ~15 minutes. After that, you’ll need to start a new order.

What if delivery fails after I have paid?

If you supplied a refund BTC address on the form, the upstream system refunds you automatically. If not, contact us with the order ID.

Do you keep my data?

We store the order ID, operator, masked phone number and email for receipts and refunds. We don't share it with anyone outside our payment processor.
